What if I don't have time?
That's okay, workouts need to fit into your routine! I would recommend our online classes which you can pick up and do at whatever point in your day. The online classes range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes so you can choose a workout to fit into the time you have.
Are the online or in person classes more effective?
The in person and online classes have a variety of different benefits. In person will give accountability, motivation and focus whereas the online classes will allow you to do a quick workout in the comfort of your own home and is equally as motivating.
