Service Description

Spring into Action #Bhangrastyle to help you rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit in a fun and energetic way. Whilst learning a new skill and improve your stamina, flexibility and coordination you will also improve your energy levels and boost confidence. You will get: 1. A weekly video workout that you can do every day to boost your energy levels, get confident with improving your stamina and bhangra technique, 2. a workbook to work through and help you identify where you are at now and where you want to be in 4 weeks? 3. a daily/ weekly planner to help you plan and check in with yourself you are prioritising you... 4. recipe ideas for family meals weekly check in with me to support you and help you be accountable 5. strength training video workout 6. access to what's app group to support one another on your journey.
